On January 24, the executors of the estate of one of the co-founders of CapVest, one of Europe’s most successful private equity firms, lodged proceedings in the High Court in London. Alison McIntyre Shure and an American lawyer called Stuart Mills are taking the action against CapVest itself, and two related entities.
