Waterwipes, the number one baby wipe sold on Amazon in Europe and the US, has settled a High Court action it was taking against a rival startup Waterful. The settlement is on confidential terms that “unconditionally, irrevocably accept the validity of the Waterwipes trademarks”. Mr Justice Michael Quinn was informed in the High Court on Tuesday that a settlement had been reached between Waterwipes, a private unlimited company since 2017, and a rival baby wipe producer called Waterful Ltd along with its parent company Sethos Holdings Limited.
