Hibernia Real Estate, the €1.1 billion commercial property giant, is suing law firm Eversheds Sutherland.  Hibernia Reit is currently listed in the Legal 500 guide as a key client of Eversheds Sutherland’s.  A court filing shows Hibernia is jointly suing the 31 partners of Eversheds Sutherland Ireland.
