I first heard of the workstyle concept on the Matt Alder podcast Recruiting Futures. Workstyle’s founders, Lizzie Penny and Alex Hirst, were promoting their book on the show. They are promoting workstyle as a revolution for well-being, productivity, and society. Lofty claims indeed. The word workstyle combines the words work and style (from lifestyle).
