The High Court has granted relief to liquidators seeking €12.4 million from the directors of a Dublin transport company who left Ireland without leaving an address. At a hearing on Monday, Ms Justice Miriam O’Regan agreed with the claim entered by joint liquidators Tom Murray of Friel Stafford and Tom Musiol of Musiol Advisory against Boxer Logistics Ltd’s former directors Stewart Alexander and Bill Henry.
