Ex-Munster and international prop Tony Buckley is the latest rugby star poised to sue his former clubs as well as the sport’s governing bodies in what is believed to be a concussion-related action. Notice of the intended personal injuries action was filed in the High Court on Thursday with Buckley represented by the Dublin law firm Maguire McClafferty. The case is against Munster Rugby, Manchester Sale Rugby Club, the IRFU, English governing body the RFU, and World Rugby.
