K-Club owner Michael Fetherston has launched a High Court action against the French-owned nursing home giant Orpea. The legal strike by the entrepreneur comes three years after he sold his TLC Nursing Homes portfolio to the French-headquartered multinational, one of the world’s largest private care providers, in a takeover deal reported to have been worth around €150 million.
