Airborne Capital, an Irish-based aircraft lessor based in Shannon, is being sued for $50 million by a Canadian airline for the alleged “unlawful” seizure of four aircraft and “inducing breach of contract and conspiracy”, as tensions between the two parties boil over in the Ontario’s courts.
