Entrepreneur David Moffitt has led an investment in Solartricity, a solar power panel distribution company. Solartricity’s founder Quentin Gargan is retaining a significant minority stake in the business and will continue to work with it. Moffitt, the chairman of educational publisher Folens and an experienced executive and investor, is becoming chair of Solartricity. Moffitt previously established Tech Group Europe, a manufacturer of drug delivery devices, before selling it to West Pharmaceutical Services.
