On May 16, Lens Media Ltd, the company behind a major film production campus proposed for Grange Castle in south Dublin, issued shares to another Irish company called Cooper Plus Holdings Ltd in exchange for a cash consideration of €350,000. On the surface, the value of this investment is insignificant compared to the cost of the development, initially estimated by South Dublin County Council to be €125 million.
