Today sees the release of the latest Daft.ie Sales Report. Its headline is that prices are falling again – for the first time since mid-2020 – in year-on-year terms. But of course things are always a little more complicated than that. Prices were stable in the third quarter of 2022 and then fell in the final quarter of last year and the first quarter of 2023.
