Ardstone Capital executive chairman Donal Mulcahy has left the business he had co-founded, after 18 years growing one of the most active property investment firms in Ireland. Mulcahy retired after turning 60 in May, Ardstone’s chief executive and other co-founder Donal O’Neill confirmed to The Currency. Company filings show that Mulcahy resigned as director of Ardstone Capital and related entities at the end of August, while the company bought back his shares for an undisclosed sum.
