RecFest USA is an amalgamation of the words recruitment and festival. It is a Coachella for recruiters, as it were. The original RecFest UK has been running for several years now but this year it took its first steps into the American market with great success. The premise is simple: thought leaders in recruitment speak on stage in a tent on a specific recruitment topic. There are three themed tents, Innovation, Disrupt, and Inspire, with talks and Q&A.
