There are two doors into Paschal Donohoe’s office on the first floor of the Merrion Street building that houses both the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.  One leads to a corridor and a row of offices occupied by his advisers, secretariat and senior civil servants. The other leads to a functional meeting room that Donohoe has decorated with mementoes and press clippings from his political career.
