Abbey Capital is moving to a new Dublin city-centre office in a market that could minimise the cost of the trade-up. First, the investment firm put its two existing buildings between O’Connell Street and Parnell Square up for sale at a combined asking price of €4.2 million, undeterred by the current slump experienced by the capital’s commercial property sector.
