Vernon Catering, a 65-year old Dublin-based fruit and vegetable wholesaler, is in talks with several new investors to save the company after it went into examinership recently. The case will be watched closely as it is the first major examinership to take place since the emergence of Covid-19 changed everything for Irish business.
