The Dawson Hotel, which was bought by a consortium led by Barry McGrath last year, is planning to reopen next month as a high-end hostel for tourists. The Currency understands that the talks are advanced with a hospitality group to take the ground floor space of the hotel at 35/36 Dawson Street.
