First, the question was over how much housing Ireland would need. After years of debate, the new consensus is that Ireland will need a lot of housing. At least 50,000 per year. A new Cork City every year, and all that. The next question is where it will go. That’s a question about infrastructure and planning. There is good infrastructure in the cities.
