The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) heard a seventh claim against the fintech company Layer Digital Solutions Ltd brought by a former staff member over the non-payment of salary and notice pay. During a brief hearing last Thursday, Felicia Kiruba Rajasingh brought forward a claim for payment of €15,583 for unpaid wages, as well as payment in lieu of notice and for holiday pay owed when her contract was terminated at the end of May 2023.
