As business disputes go, the fallout from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine looks set to be the summer blockbuster: six aircraft lessors taking on the might of the insurance industry, claiming total losses of circa €2.5 billion over beached aeroplanes.  The Commercial Court hearing is set down for a six-month hearing in June.
