The Court of Appeal has dismissed the latest failed legal action by the couple behind the collapsed cake business Decobake. Paul and Margaret Coyle had appealed a decision by the High Court barring them from taking any further legal action against Dublin City Council and the liquidator of their former business, the accountant Declan de Lacy.
