The Court of Appeal has dismissed the latest failed legal action by the couple behind the collapsed cake business Decobake. Paul and Margaret Coyle had appealed a decision by the High Court barring them from taking any further legal action against Dublin City Council and the liquidator of their former business, the accountant Declan de Lacy.  A written judgement by Mr Justice Charles Meenan delivered on March 26, 2024 “dismissed” the Coyles’ appeal on a variety of grounds in a decision that was agreed with two other Appeal Court judges, Mr Justice Seamus Noonan and Ms Justice Ann Power. “As…
