I first encountered James Timpson on the “Ways to Change the World” podcast. Timpson is the CEO of the retail group Timpson and the great-great-grandson of the founder, William Timpson. Timpson employs 3,400 people across Ireland and the UK and has more than 1,300 stores and 110 franchises.
