There’s a tagline on the poster for the horror movie Silver Bullet which goes like this; “It started in May in a small town. And every month after that whenever the moon was full… it came back.” The movie, which is based on a book by Stephen King, tells the story of a small town terrorised by a werewolf. Thankfully, in the final scene, the townspeople manage to cast a silver bullet from random pieces of jewellery and shoot the werewolf through his eye, with predictable consequences for the werewolf.
