Last week saw the launch, perhaps somewhat ahead of the Government’s original timeline, of the Housing Commission’s reports. There are three reports in total, two of which (a majority and a minority report) relate to the suggested referendum about the right to housing. But the bulk of the focus, and indeed the initial leak which prompted the Government to release the reports, is on the policy report.
