The interview was nearing to a close. Throughout it, Patrick Honohan has been both thoughtful and thought-provoking, combining both real world sensibilities and academic rigour. Throughout his career, Honohan has woven a delicate path between shaping the system from both within and outside and has long mastered the uneasy tension that coalesces between economics and politics.
