The accountancy firm Deloitte was appointed by the Enterprise Ireland and InterTradeIreland agencies to conduct an extensive evaluation of angel nominee vehicles used by more than 200 high-net-worth individuals to invest millions of euro across hundreds of start-ups over a multi-year period.
