I met a client for lunch in Sophie’s on Harcourt Street a couple of weeks ago. Sophie’s is a restaurant that sits on the top floor of the Dean Hotel, which until the recent sale of a majority stake in the Dean Hotel Group was part of the Press Up portfolio.
