When The Currency visited the site of the Camden Yard development in Dublin’s south city centre on Thursday, slings were flapping in the wind from one of the five cranes towering idly over the lower stories of the partially built project. There were stacks of pre-cast concrete and other materials ready for use but, in the middle of a weekday, no workers on site. Graffiti covered the billboards advertising the future homes and workplaces planned there.
