TE Connectivity, the American-listed but Swiss-domiciled electronics maker, has shifted its place of incorporation from Switzerland to Ireland. The company, which makes connected sensors for several industries, first flagged its intention to move its base to Ireland in March. The move has been completed and, as of this week, the company is now incorporated in Ireland.
