Eamon Waters has been given the go-ahead by the planning board to put a penthouse suite at the top of the 147-bed Chancery Hotel close to Dublin Castle.  Wave Point Limited, one of the many property vehicles under the former waste entrepreneur’s Sretaw network of companies, was refused planning in August 2023.
