If its manifesto is anything to go by, Fine Gael is certainly enamoured with plans and reviews. The word “plan” crops up 176 times in the manifesto, while “review” is contained 95 times. In quite a number of cases, the party is planning a review of some policy or another. At other times, it is reviewing a plan.
