The financier and property investor Derek Quinlan has exited bankruptcy two years after entering it. A spokesman confirmed that Derek Quinlan has exited and is looking forward to returning to work “with optimism.” He declined to comment further. Quinlan filed for bankruptcy in November 2022. In March 2024, The Sunday Times reported that his exit from bankruptcy had been delayed after his trustee moved to suspend his discharge.
