When Freshly Chopped Limited filed its abridged accounts for 2023 this week, it was a look through the glass at the most difficult period in the chain’s first decade in operation.  The accounts show a loss of €895,000, which was preceded by a loss of €692,000 the previous year, a sharp change in fortunes after turning a profit of €155,000 in 2021.
