Beach Point Capital, a debt financier to Niall McGarry’s Maximum Media Network Ltd (MMNL), has successfully applied to the High Court today to appoint KPMG as interim examiner to the business. MMNL was founded in April 2010 by McGarry and owns Irish digital media websites Joe.ie, Sportsjoe.ie, Her.ie and Herfamily.ie.
