VideoElephant, the video syndication platform, has been tied up in a bitter legal dispute with one of its customers in the US but it appears close to finalising a settlement to the case that has trudged on for nearly four years. The company, which has built a platform for distributing video content to media companies, has locked horns with a client called Blake Broadcasting over the service the Irish company provided.
