Le Pain Quotidien’s flagship Irish outlet is nestled on the corner of Molesworth Street, in the heart of Dublin 2, tucked between the exclusive Ivy restaurant and AIB’s impressive new headquarters. A stone’s throw from Leinster House, the restaurant has become a regular destination for bankers, politicians and lawyers. For the Belgian bakery chain, it was also a statement of intent.
