“A successful launch strategy, receptive customer demand and conducive market conditions for non-pillar bank, unregulated specialist lending products and services” fuelled the take-off of Novellus’s Irish office last year, directors Billy McManus and Michael Quealy reported. Novellus Finance Ltd, the Dublin subsidiary of McManus’s British-based finance business, was established in 2002 but only started lending in the year ended on March 31, 2024.
