Mr Justice Richard Humphreys of the planning and environment section of the High Court delivered a judgment this Friday that was an unqualified success for developer Coolglass Wind Farm in a judicial review against An Bord Pleanála. The decision affirms the superiority of legally enshrined climate goals over local authorities’ planning objectives.
