When Belfast drilling tech company Tribe Tech announced at the end of January that it would be delisting from London’s junior stock exchange, it marked the end of a brief foray into the public markets for the company and yet another exit from the bourse. The January notice issued to shareholders seeks to cancel the company’s shares on the AIM market in London and re-register Tribe Tech as a private company.
