Jobbio, the job search platform, is the latest Irish tech start-up to join the Scarp line-up. The company has appointed a process advisor under the scheme to fend off insolvency and rescue the company. Myles Kirby of Kirby Healy Chartered Accountants was installed as process advisor last week to devise a rescue plan. The Small Companies Administrative Rescue Process, or Scarp, provides a means for smaller companies, typically with a turnover of less than €12 million and fewer than 50 employees, to restructure the business and avoid collapse.
