Last week, High Court Judge David Barniville delivered two judgements running to a total of nearly 100 pages. They mark just one step in a Commercial Court case launched by the Nolan family behind the eponymous Wexford-based haulage group in 2017, in which they claimed they were defrauded of millions in their pension fund.  Over the past three years, its list of defendants has grown to include members of the Kenny family of property developers, two of their companies, and advisors common to the two families – solicitor Ciaran Desmond, financial advisor John Millett and their respective firms.  Third parties…
