Castlehaven Property Finance has moved to appoint a receiver over the assets of two property vehicles connected to UK property group Propiteer, which planned to build a major build-to-rent apartment complex on land in Clondalkin.  Propiteer, a property investment company exclusively for high-net-worth individuals, had plans to build a 1,000-unit scheme on the site of a former packaging facility on the New Nangor Road in west Dublin through the property vehicle, Arbeten Limited.  Arbeten entered into a consultation process with An Bord Pleanála about the proposed project in April 2019 but it has not progressed.  The site, zoned for a…
