Forget pulling on the green jersey. Irish start-ups are being urged to pull on the blue jersey if they want to capitalise on the huge potential of the European tech ecosystem, which can help them weather the economic storms emanating from the White House.  The call was made by Clara Chappaz, the French junior minister for AI and digital technologies, as part of her recent Europe Day visit to Dublin.
