In their recent interview with The Currency, the multi-award-winning restaurateurs Ahmet Dede and Maria Archer explained how much of their business’s resources went towards providing free accommodation as part of the employment package for their staff. Archer told me this was “essential” to recruitment as “there is nothing available”.
