Iconic Labs, a London-listed media and technology business, is working with Greencastle Capital on a bid to buy the Joe media brand in Ireland and Britain. Joe is the main media interest of Maximum Media, which is in examinership in Ireland and administration in Britain. The business is majority-owned by Niall McGarry, while former rugby international Jerry Flannery has a minority stake. In a stock market statement, Iconic said it was “working with” Greencastle, and that it had been informed their bid was “through into the respective second and final rounds,” in relation to the Irish and British businesses. …
