Sign of the times? As the hospitality sector prepares to reopen, one restaurateur has opted to close for good

Dillon's Restaurant in Cork was coming up on five years in business. However, it will not be reopening along with other restaurants at the end of June. Between reduced capacity as a result of social distancing and lack of tourists, its co-owner Richard Milnes said it made little sense to reopen.
