The first set of company values we wrote for Fitzgerald Power were clumsily adapted from a late-night Google smash-and-grab. We had just finished upgrading our website and I figured a section on purpose, mission, vision, and values would help to round it out. So, with the help of Brewdog, Amazon and several other companies I admired, I cobbled together a set of corporate founding statements that meant nothing to anybody.
