It is only a fortnight into October and already it has been quite the month for seasoned business hand Gary McGann, chairman of Flutter Entertainment and Swiss-Irish baking giant, Aryzta.  First Flutter, better known as Paddy Power Betfair, announced a proposed merged with Canada’s Stars Group to become the world’s largest gaming operator.
