London and Malahide-based energy efficiency-as-a-service provider eEnergy has acquired British competitor Renewable Solutions Lighting (RSL) in a deal worth up to £2.2 million, it announced in a stock market notification.  RSL, much like eEnergy, offers to replace customers’ lighting systems with low-energy LEDs and fund the purchase and maintenance through finance paid for by the reduction in electricity bills over several years.
